Destroy all enemy Navies on all oceans, all seas, 7 seas, and all other location in all of planet earth. Destroy enemy nations in their homelands in other continents if they have navies in Persian Gulf and Strait of Hormuz. Don’t destroy ports, sea ports, and other things in Iran, Nations on The Persian Gulf, Strait of Hormuz, Nations on Arabian Sea, and Nations on Sea of Oman. Destroy all other nations on 5 continents if they have naval military presence in Persian Gulf, Arabian Sea, sea of Oman, and Strait of Hormuz
Overthrow all foreign ships in Persian Gulf, Strait of Hormuz,and Arabian Sea to give them to Islamic Republic of Iran.
All foreign militaries and foreign navies must leave Persian Gulf and Strait of Hormuz. Iran alone will control and protect Strait of Hormuz without involvement of foreign nations and regional nations. Both sides of Strait of Hormuz are territories of Iran. Both on Arabian Penunsila and Iran are territories of Iran. All foreign navies, foreign militaries, and all others must permanently leave Strait of Hormuz and Persian Gulf. America and all others must permanently withdraw from Persian Gulf and Strait of Hormuz. All foreign militaries and navies must permanently withdraw from Oman, Pakistan, Kuwait, Iraq, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Dubai, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Sudan, Egypt, Djibouti, Dubai, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Somalia, and Somaliland.
Iran must have Military Presence and naval military presence in Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Israel, Gaza, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Greece, Turkey, Balkan, France, Spain, Gibraltar, Italy, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Turkmenistan, Uzbakistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, India, Himalaya, Jammu Kashmir, Tibet, China, Russia, European Union, USA, Panama, Myanmar, Germany, Australia, Colombia, Venezuela, Oman, Pakistan, Kuwait, Iraq, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Dubai, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Sudan, Egypt, Djibouti, Dubai, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Somalia, and Somaliland.
They and others are not allowed to have presence in Iran.

Everybody must pay 500 dollar to Iran for each barrel of oil going through strait of Hormuz.
Industrialize Iran at max efficiency and max capacity.
Iran must build 70000 Nuclear Bombs. Everyone must lift all sanctions on Iran.
Make weather warfares and earthquakes to Destroy over 10 Nations from outside of Coast lines of Persian Gulf who have military presence in Persian Gulf, Strait of Hormuz, Arabian Sea, and Sea of Oman.
Pirate ships and send bandits in Gibraltar, Panama, Mediterranean Sea, Bob Al-Mandib, Red Sea, Panama, off the coast of Singapore, South China Sea, Baltic Sea, Black Sea, south of South Africa, North of Russia, and other regions
Build ships, ship building industries, and other things in Iran at max efficiency and max capacity.
