America mind controls ISIS in Iraq and Syria to have resurgence

Now stop resurgence of ISIS in Iraq and Syria. America is mind controlling ISIS to become active again in Iraq and Syria to have excuse for continuous military presence of USA military in Iraq and Syria. USA military must withdraw from Iraq and Syria now. America must also stay away from mind controlling ISIS to have resurgence in Iraq and Syria. Because if ISIS is kept being mind controlled to become active again and again it may become part of long term algorithm of Iraq and Syria when it cannot any longer being removed from mind control algorithm of middle east and the rest of the world. So America must close down its military bases in Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan. America must also stay away from mind controlling ISIS to have resurgence.
