Ban sell of weapon to Azerbaijan and Armenia

We must ban sell of all weapons to both Azerbaijan and Armenia for One Year. The ban shall be lifted automatically within one year. Iran will ensuring balance of power by helping one side or another side by sell of weapons or other helps to both Azerbaijan and Armenia. There are more Armenians in Iran than inside Armenia.
