Black lives matter military bases

Build Black Lives Matters Military bases in USA and newly independent and Autonomous regions of USA. Then give advanced military equipments to black lives matter army. We can call them Nation of Islam as MalcolmX did but they are cooperation of many religions, ethnicities, and races. You can also call them Makan’s military or Iran’s military. Maybe they have their own choice. Their army shall be independent from USA military they shall have their own coat of arms. They shall allow presence of Military of Iran in their territory in North America. IRI Army is not Irish Independence Army but rather is Islamic Republic of Iran Army.
