Make Military Agreement between Iran and Black Lives Matter Protesters. Black lives Matter Protesters must have their own military bases in USA. Iran must have Military Forces in position of leadership in Black Lives Matter Military Bases in USA. Black Lives Matter Troops are not allowed in Iran. Iran must train Black Lives Matter Protesters for military activities within USA border. USA military must give 5 to 25 percent of its military equipment to Black Lives Matter Protesters and their Military Bases in USA. Black Lives Matter Protesters will not be under Command and Control of USA President. Black Lives Matter Protesters must be under Command and Control of Iran. USA must provide lands and Money to Black Lives Matter Protester Military. If USA refuses then black lives matter protesters must seek independence from USA. The newly independent black lives matter protesters states shall become Provinces of Iran. Another option is black lives matter protesters collecting tax from Americans and American Corporation to pay for their military expenses. It is the only option we offer to USA to end Black Lives Matter Uprising.
