Build Nuclear Reactors in Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, and Syria

Now work at max efficiency and max capacity building in Iran hundred safe Nuclear Power Plant. They must not be near city centers and they must be in safe locations. They must have secure computers and they must not be where there could be flood or future lakes due to change of climates. We are turning deserts of Iran to marshes, lakes, seas, and rivers. We are turning Iran to lush green. Make sure nuclear power plants are not in future lakes and rivers. Make sure they are hundred nuclear power plants and they must be built within one year. Make sure Iran builds the safest nuclear power plants domestically. Meaning Iran learns how to build nuclear power plants in short time and builds them. Russia, China, and other actors must also build nuclear power plants in Iran. Russia and Iran must build nuclear power plants in Syria. They must be protected from Israel by Russia and Iran military. So also build five nuclear reactors in Syria and many steps of nuclear cycle must be done in Iran. Also USA must build 5 Nuclear power plants in Iraq and five nuclear power plants in Afghanistan. They must be ready within one year. Some of steps of nuclear cycle must be done in Iran for these Nuclear reactors in Iraq and Afghanistan. Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria are not allowed to have their own Nuclear Cycles but the nuclear cycle must be done abroad.
