China is not allowed to own land and port in Iran

Iran must not sell land and Port to China. China is not allowed to have a port in Iran. China is not allowed to own land in Iran. Foreigners are not allowed to have more than one average house in Iran. Foreigners are not allowed to have large land in Iran. Foreign countries are not allowed to have land in Iran unless it is their embassy. I am still undecided if I am to allow China and Japan continue fishing in Persian Gulf and Sea Oman. Japan must stop fishing in Middle East all together. South Korea must remove its Navy military ships from Middle East. China is not allowed to fish in Iran. Now I am still undecided if China is allowed to fish from coast of Pakistan. Nobody can fish on coast lines of Iran. Only Iran is allowed to fish there. I am still deciding if I am to allow China continue fishing in Pakistan. Because the final goal of China is to build Naval military base in Pakistan. But again I am undecided and I am waiting for future moves to decide. Going back to issue of China seeking to purchase ports and lands to Iran. We cannot allow China to own lands and ports in Iran. China can use Iranian infrastructure and pay for their use according to norms and agreements.
