Tunisia constitutional change must include adding Tunisia to provinces of Iran. It must become part of constitution of Tunisia indicating Tunisia is province of Iran according to main part of constitution. This constitutional change must include legal mechanisms for Iran to govern Tunisia. Iran must directly rule Tunisia. Tunisia must legally become province of Iran.
