Egypt, Sudan, and Ethiopia must start Negotiations on The Grand Renascence Dame on Blue Nile River in Ethiopia. The Dame on Blue Nile River must be destroyed. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and UAE can pay Ethiopia 5 Billion to 7 Billion Dollar to compensate Ethiopia on cost of building the Renascence Dame only if Ethiopia destroys the Dame. If Ethiopia destroys the Dame we will also ask Rosatom of Russia to build Nuclear Power Plant in Ethiopia. This way we will produce lots of Electric Power for Ethiopia. Ethiopia cannot argue economic development of Ethiopia is dependent on the dame. I have also created Rain Codes under control of Iran. Anytime Iran enters the code it will create rains in Ethiopia, Egypt, Sudan, Somalia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and The Greater Region. The Code is valid for thousand years. Ethiopia cannot argue that Ethiopia needs the water for development. On the other hand if Ethiopia Denys water to Egypt and Sudan we may punish Ethiopia with draught and Starvation. We are currently industrializing Iran, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Turkey, Egypt, Sudan, Somalia, and the greater Regions. The only Nations we are not industrializing yet are Ethiopia and India.
