Guinea is Provinc of Iran

Guinea election must lead to unification with Iran. Guinea must become province of Iran. The Capital City is in Iran. Iran is allowed to have military presence in Guinea. Foreign militaries are not allowed in Iran. Guinea must create banking mechanisms similar to SWIFT and INSTEX to cover all types of trade for Iran.
