China and USA had signed a trade memorandum couple of years ago to sell Food products, Dual Purposes, and air planes to China. Later when Economy was on verge of Collapse they signed Phase one trade deal increasing amount of food to be purchased by China from United States of America. But it was extremely catastrophic to food security of China endangering life of 1.3 billion people. China cannot be reliant on America for its food consumption. So amid threats of sanctions China has recently placed tariffs on America’s food products and have decided to no longer purchase food from America. It is good to not purchase agricultural products from America. But it also endangers USA stock market and World Economy to scrap phase one trade agreement and previous trade memorandum. World Economy is again on verge of total collapse and USA stock market will further crash again. We are already in recession. How can it be fixed? America must sign another trade agreement with China to sell China more dual purpose products, Air plane parts, and military equipments. America must also lift tariffs on China’s industrial products. Lifting tariffs on China’s industrial products will rescue world economy and will lead to rebuilding of global industrial supply chains. Global industrial supply chains has collapsed and we are in manufacturing recession since 2018. American industries cannot produce as they could because their industrial supplies have become more expensive to purchase. For example, finished industrial products and car manufacturer have difficulty acquiring parts at previous prices increasing cost for consumers and other industries. It has made it more difficult to continue business for other sectors Since products such as finished industrial products are used by other industries. But Trump does not appear to be lifting tariffs on China. Trump has even threatened to ban sell of Dual Purpose products to China. It will lead to total destruction of world economy if Trump does not lift sanctions on Iran and Tariffs on China. In the new world economy we shall have two world economics systems and arrangements. Meaning high tech industries, exclusive techs, dual purposes, and other such difficult to acquire products shall be provided by two independent global systems one distributed among Iran, Russia, and China global economic System and another one distributed among Europe, America, Japan, and South Korea economic system. It is normal for many members of two systems to have trades with each other and their industrial supply chains maintain high degree of integrations. But for industrial supply chains such as semiconductors or sectors Iran is sanctioned there shall be two systems totally independent from each other because there are secondary sanction mechanisms and ban on sell of American technology to Huawei. America has made a great mistake by sanctioning Iran. It has created excellent global alliance to confront USA unilateralism and Nationalist Capitalism. Iran has been harmed by sanctioned same way America and China are harmed by tariffs and trade wars. But we made a world order agreement by signing JCPOA and Nuclear Agreement with Iran.
