Iran and China Agreement

Iran and China agreement must follow the following rules. One China must pay toll and fee when going through Iran’s rail way and Road system. Iran must able to close the access if there be need for it. Meaning Iran can close down rail ways and roads going through Iran. But for regular transit and for success of our great Silk Road project we must allow transit to take place so long as possible. But China must always pay a fee when using Iran’s rail way and road systems. The rail ways and roads going through Iran can close down anytime government of Iran wishes to do so. It has very detailed and deep security reasoning. Iran sits at cross road of land transit. Iran is to become the Suez Canal of Land transit and rail ways. Iran reserves the exclusive right to close down the rail roads. Everyone must pay a fee when transiting through rail ways and roads in Iran. China must invest 20 trillion dollar in Iran’s industries, factories, manufacturing, industrial supply chains, telecommunications manufacturing, semiconductor industries, electronics industries, machinery industries, petrochemical refineries, air and space, air plane manufacturing, computers, superconductors, car manufacturing, car part manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, high end manufacturing, robotic manufacturing, and other manufacturing and industrial disciplines. Iran is the next home of high end manufacturing and robotic manufacturing. Meaning all high end manufacturing shall take place in Iran. Telecommunications technology must be transferred to Iran. So Iran can produce its own telecommunications equipments, telecommunications parts, semiconductor backdoors, hardware, and telecommunications infrastructures. Nobody is allowed to install telecommunications in Iran. Iran is going to reduce the amount of oil Iran produces. Iran will not provide oil to China at lower cost. Iran shall sell oil to China at market price. China must build Petrochemical refineries and facilities in Iran to refine Iranian oil to strategic, added value, highly profitable, and lucrative petrochemical products. Then these petrochemical products shall be used in Iranian industries. Iranian industries will use the refined petroleum in a full industrial supply chain building final products in Iran. It is our long term policies and we cannot change it even for our best friend China. China must provide technical, scientific, engineering, and other expertise to Iranian corporations and industries. Iran is 1 week away on rail ways from China. It greatly shortens industrial supply chains enabling Iran and China to integrate Iran into global industrial supply chain. Iran is to become the world third largest manufacturing and economic super power of the world within one year. We expect China to cooperate with Iran and provide all things necessary for Iran to succeed. China is not allowed to build military bases in Iran. Iran and China must develop advanced military technology together. China must transfer military technology to Iran enabling Iran to build all manners of military equipment and hardware. China must transfer to Iran knowledge of semiconductors, electronics, semiconductor backdoors, computers, air and space, robotics, quantum telescopes, quantum sciences, spaceships, satellites, hypersonic Missiles, nuclear reactors, and other advance sciences and technology China posses. Again I have helped China a great deal. I co-signed Silk Road and obor project. I allowed China to build its capital market to start lending practices. I ensured all actors and nations use Yuan of China for petroleum trade and international trade. I made Yuan a powerful world currency. I have helped Economy of China in its darkest days by boosting Shanghai Stock market by more than 20 trillion dollar. I have also sought to force world stock markets to synchronize to Shanghai Stock Market. I have also damaged and defeated USA economy in trade war on behalf of Iran. China did not do enough. It is time for Iran and China to sign military and trade agreement for mutual defense. The military agreement must ensure both Iran and China defend each other in an event of war. Meaning if Iran is attacked by third actor then it means declaration of war on China by the third actor. If China is attacked it mean it is also declaration of war on Iran. So both nations will be obligated to defend each other if one is attacked. This military alliance must expand to include Venezuela and Russia as well. The military alliance shall later include Syria, Egypt, and Brazil.Iran shall build military bases on Singapore, SriLanka, Red Sea, Ciccili Italy, Panama Canal, South China Sea, Gibraltar Rock, and other important transit routes. Iran shall build military bases on Silk Road and intercontinental rail ways OBOR. Iran must ensure the security of transit on rail ways.Iran shall build all the trains and wagon for Silk Road, OBOR, and intercontinental rail ways. Iran shall have exclusivity on building of all trains. It is to ensure security of intercontinental rail ways.The rail ways are for transit of industrial supply chains, food, industrial products, and other manufacturing goods. The intercontinental rail ways are not for large scale transit of people and large scale immigration.
