Iran must build military bases on Silk Road and OBOR

Iran must build military bases on all intercontinental rails ways and international rail ways leading to Iran. The military bases must be in strategic locations and on high altitudes of strategically wise to build them on high altitudes. Iran’s military bases must be safe from Military Trains and attacks from trains. The military bases must be in Middle East, China, Pakistan, Central Asia, Iraq, Europe, Africa, and elsewhere on planet earth. We want to ensure Iran is safe from trains with troops and military trains. We must also give Iran control of the security of intercontinental rail ways. So it will be several hundred safe and strong military bases to protect Iran from trains and rail ways. Iran sits at the center of global rail ways and defending Iran and the rest of the World at Borders of Iran will not guarantee security!
