Iran must establish Military Pressence in Iraq

Popular Mobalization Army of Iraq, Army of Iraq, and other forces in Iraq must go under direct Command and Control of Islamic Republic of Iran. Revolutionary Guards of Iran and Army of Iran must have military bases and military presence in Iraq. Iraq is not allowed to have military presence in Iran. Iran and Iraq must unify into One Nation. The Capital City is in Iran. USA Military and NATO must give Iran the Control of Iraq Air and Space, Iraq Radar Systems, and Iraq anti air systems. Iran must control Iraq. Islamic Republic of Iran and Revolutionary Guards of Iran must have permanent military Presence in Iraq. Iran must have many Military bases in Iraq. USA Military and NATO must leave Iraq now. If USA military and NATO delay withdraw of troops from Iraq, Syria, Persian Gulf. and Afghanistan we will destroy USA and Europe by hurricanes and Cyclones. USA and NATO must withdraw from Greater Middle East, Red Sea, Turkey, Mediterranean Sea, Arabian Sea, Horn of Africa, Central Asia, and Cacauses region. Only Iran is allowed to have military presence in these region. Iran must expand military presence in these regions and have substantial amount of military presence in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria. Military of Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria must be under direct command and control of Iran. Iraq is province of Iran. The Capital City is in Iran.
