Iran must join Gulf Cooperation Council. Gulf Cooperation Council must invite Iran to Gulf Cooperation Council. Iran must become a permanent Member. We must create a financial Capital for Gulf Cooperation Council in Iran. Financial Capital will lend 100 unit of Currency for every 1 Unit of Currency they have. It means they lend Credit. Then the lender collects interests from money lender to people. The Money collected from interest must remain in Middle East and must not leave the region. The borrower must deposit the money into Central Bank of Iran. We will also create a unified Economic Zone in the region to enable trades and financial activities between member states. The Unified Economic Zone will be similar to Hong Kong, England, Singapore, and Manhattan Island. The Free Economic Zone must allow Iran and other member states to avoid sanctions. We also build a rail road from Iran to Strait of Hormuz. Then the tunnel will connect Iran to Dubai. From Dubai there will be another rail way all the way to Bob Al-Mandib Yemen. Then Tunnel will connect Bob Al-Mandib to Djibouti. The rail way will connect Kamranieh Tehran to Cameroon Africa. We build another rail way to connect the region to Iraq through rail ways. We also invest in Iran, Persian Gulf, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan to build industries, factories, high tech, manufacturing, and other industrial disciplines. It will transform the region into global economic and industrial superpower. We also integrate industries of the region into global industrial supply chains. Iran must join Gulf Cooperation Council and Arab League. Iran must join Gulf Cooperation Council Military. All foreign militaries must leave Persian Gulf and Arabian Sea. Only Iran is allowed to have military presence in the region. We have two major wars in front of us. India has taken Jammu and Kashmir. We must prepare to fight India to save the life of two hundred million people in Pakistan. There is also war on Ethiopia to destroy the dame on Blue Nile River in Ethiopia. We must prepare to fight Ethiopia so we can save the life of 140 million people in Egypt and Sudan. If we fail to do so 240 million people will die due to lack of water and food. They may stop the water to the region by changing the path of rivers and building dames similar to the dame on blue nile river in Ethiopia and elsewhere. We must also pursue political means to give Jammu and Kashmir to Pakistan and destroy the dame on blue nile river in Ethiopia. 5 billion dollar payments to Ethiopia may solve the issue. We need to invite more regional armies to join Arab NATO after we ensured Iran has joined. Iran must join Gulf Cooperation Council and Arab League. We must not allow creation of health center in the region. People with infectious diseases can brong diseases from outside of the region and cause epidemic and pandemic. The health center must not include services for infectious diseases. Persian Gulf States, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Iraq, and Yemen are provinces of Iran. The Capital City is in Iran. We must support Iran to build ten thousand Nuclear Warheads. The Ten thousand Nuclear Warheads will give The Region deterence against other Nuclear Actors such as China, India, Russia, and Europe. So Gulf Cooperation Council must Nuclear Program of Iran to help Iran build ten thousand Nuclear Warheads. I am industrializing the Region at max efficiency and max capacity. Gulf Cooperation Council must invest in industrial projects in Iran, Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Persian Gulf States, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, and Jordan. I have also created rain codes.
