Iran’s annual budget

Iran is writing new budget. Iran must have several plans in following Budget one which I mention. Iran must create a nationally owned Corporation or System to industrialize Iran. Meaning Iran spends oil income and other incomes to invest them in Nationally Owned Corporation. The nationally owned Corporation will Industrialize Iran at max efficiency and max capacity while using Money planed in budget. Nationally owned bank doing the Job is also desirable. So the corporation has backing of National Wealth or Bank. The Corporation this way can survive sanctions and harsh climate conditions to grow and expand Iranian Industries. The Corporation must be involved in both highly profitable industries and high tech sectors in addition to strategic sectors. Profitable Sector will ensure the nationally owned corporation exports and domestically makes the Corporation profitable. When the Projects are lucrative they make wealth and commerce. It will enable them to further industrialize Iran in future to expand the size of Iran’s manufacturing. They must also be involved in high tech hardware sectors. They must also build and own strategic sectors such as construction, Smelters, and added value refineries in addition to other more important strategic sectors. We want to turn Iran into World Third Largest Economy and Industrial Super Power. This corporation is most important in achieving this purpose. The National Corporation must also be engineering and mass producing a vast network of Industrial Parts, high tech parts, and industrial Supply Chain. For example, if an Iran corporation cannot import a part from outside of Iran they will ask this Nation Corporation to engineer and Manufacture it in fastest possible time. This is due to strong engineering firm they will have and it will help against sanctions. They must also build finished industrial products and finished Machineries. Mind Control:”It goes against principle of privatization.” Iran does not benefit from mind control help America and others enjoy. Iran is under sanctions and has economic problem making it insecure for private owners to operate industries and stay open. It makes privatization a suecide in Iran. Because sanctions or change in value of Dollar will suddenly cause bankruptcy in Iran for private actors. So again they will need blacking of National Budgets and National Banks. The National Corporation will be designed and engineered to operate in such climates.
