IRGC and all other such forces must go under direct command and Control of Revolutionary Guards of Iran between Persian Gulf and Caspian Sea. The Command Center of IRGC must forever be in Iran. IRGC must always obey government of Iran. Revolutionary Guards Quds Force, Hezbollah, and all other such forces must go under direct command and Control of Islamic Republic of Iran.
Islamic State, Daesh, ISIS, ISIL, Tahrir Al-Sham, Syrian Factions, STC, Houthis, Al-Shabab, Taliban, and all other such forces must go under direct Command and Control of Islamic Republic Iran. The Command and Control of all such forces must be permanently in Iran between Persian Gulf and Caspian Sea. FARC Rebels, Amazon Rebels, Kurdish Forces, Basque, Irish Independence, France Independence, Black Lives Matter, Antifa, Confederates, America independence forces, and all other such forces must permanently go under direct command and control of Islamic Republic of Iran. The Command and control will be permanently in Iran between Persian Gulf and Caspian Sea. Foreign troops are not allowed in Iran. Only Iranian troops are allowed in Iran.
All Russian Mercenaries, Global Mercenaries, Foreign Mercenaries, other mercenaries must go under direct command and control of Islamic Republic of Iran. Command Control will be permanently between Persian Gulf and Caspian Sea.
Khalifa Haftar Libya, IDF of Israel, Hamas, Hezbollah, Internationally recognized government of Libya, and all other forces must go under direct command and Control of Islamic Republic of Iran. The Command and control will be in Iran between Persian Gulf and Caspian Sea.
