Ivory Coast is province of Iran

Ivory Coast election must lead to unification with Iran. Ivory Coast must become province of Iran. The Capital City is in Iran. Iran is allowed to have military presence in Ivory Coast. Foreign militaries are not allowed in Iran. Ivory Coast must create banking mechanisms similar to SWIFT and INSTEX to cover all types of trade for Iran. The banking Mechanism must enable Iran to trade with all nations and all actors. Iran is allowed collect reasonable tax. Ivory Coast and Iran must sign trade agreement. Ivory Coast and Iran must become strategic allies. We are Industrializing Middle East, Iran, Caucuses, Russia, West Part Of China, Afghanistan, Anatolia, Arabian Peninsula, Red Sea, Horn of Africa, Kenya, and North Africa at max efficiency and max capacity while ensuring dependency on Iran part manufacturing.
