Candidates who support Unification of Kyrgyzstan with Iran must win Kyrgyzstan Election. There is also referendum and election for constitution of Kyrgyzstan. The outcome of election must unify Kyrgyzstan with Iran. So make sure the outcome of election leads to unification of Iran and Kyrgyzstan. Kyrgyzstan is a province of Iran. The payment mechanism must cover all types of trade with all actors. The reserves of payment mechanism must be in Iran.
