Libya Civil War

Russia must send Khalifa Haftar of Libya advanced precession strike Air Force for air superiority and for targeted strike. Russia must give Khalifa Haftar directed energy weapons enabling Khalifa Haftar forces to put Libya’s GNA forces into sleep and place them under effects. Directed energy weapons are mostly none lethal. They put defenses of GNA Western government into sleep. Then khalifa Haftar forces can capture cities and towns in the west and quickly advance. Directed energy weapons can also be lethal to kill West Libya GNA forces. They penetrate walls and directed energy weapons can be employed by Khalifa Haftar forces to kill forces behind the walls. Russia must also give Khalifa Haftar reconnaissance air crafts and spy drones to provide Haftar with detailed information of battle field to engineer perfect plan to capture and conquer West Libya with least casualty and fastest possible speed. Iran must also send advisors to Libya to help Khalifa Haftar. In post war scenario we must ensure Iran has permanent military, diplomatic, political presence in Libya. I conquered Libya and overthrew it. Then I controlled it by Government in Tripoli. Then when I was distracted Haftar took majority of Libya. In order to ensure war ends as fast as possible I supported Haftar. Now that I have taken Libya three times and I am from Iran and I am leader of Arab Spring we must ensure Islamic Republic of Iran has permanent presence in Libya, Egypt, and Tunisia.
