Libya is province of Iran

Civil War in Libya must end. There has been long lasting War in Libya. There has been many armies fighting each other for long time. We were about to end the War in favor of Khalifa Haftar but it was delayed due to help of Turkey. Turkey helped Tripoli Forces and they became strong enough to take several cities from Khalifa Haftar Forces. We must remind I won the Arab Spring. I started Arab Spring and I conquered Libya, Tunisia, Yemen, and Egypt. All four Nations belong to me. I decided to give them to Islamic Republic of Iran. Libya is a Province of Iran. I won Arab Spring and in hard by fast military Campaign I conquered all of Libya. Then I brought a diplomatic government in power and I left it to people of Libya to govern. But USA started engineering Civil Wars, Wars, and Political disagreements to cause conflicts and issues in Libya. America wanted to destroy Libya. It reminded me of my grandfather. My grandfather liked Ghaddafi. But I overthrew Ghaddafi the Power Of Africa. He had helped Iran during Iran and Iraq War. He gave Intercontinental Missiles to Iran. Iran could Nuclear Bomb USA Once Iran received Intercontinental Missiles from Libya. It forced USA to surrender to Iran. So Saddam also surrendered. I may have made mistake in overthrowing Libya. But now Libya belongs to me. I decided Libya has to become province of Iran. The Capital City is in Iran. Iran shall build military bases in Libya. Libya is not allowed to have troops in Iran. The War in Libya must end. We must find a political and diplomatic solution. There must be an election as soon as possible. New Unity government shall form in Libya. Libya shall remain one Unified Nation. Libya shall be Province of Iran. The Capital City is in Iran. We shall never authorize division of Libya. Libya shall remain one unified Nation. After Khalifa Haftar was close to victory in Libya I started supporting Khalifa Haftar. We could have conquered Tripoli but Khalifa Haftar was worried for Civilians. Later Turkey and others started helping Tripoli. They brought World War Drones Against Khalifa Haftar. Khalifa Haftar lost several City and had to pull back. The war become longer. Khalifa Haftar Could have conquered Tripoli to unify Nation and end the Civil War forever. But now it has become difficult and now we need permanent political solution. The political solution must end wars in Libya. Libya must become province of Iran. Libya shall stay one Nation. Meaning we shall never allow division of Libya. I have started rebuilding Libya, Syria, and Yemen. I am also Industrializing Libya, Iran, and several other nations at max efficiency and max capacity. Libya soon will become an industrial superpower if the fighting stops. Libya must become province of Iran. I have also created codes and systems to create rain in Libya and deserts of Libya. Iran can enter the codes. I can also enter the codes. Libya must contact Iran whenever Libya wants rain. The rains are on demand. Whenever the code is enter the rain will take place. It will enable us to build a cosmopolis Of Intercontinental Metropolitans, transit, cities, towns, industrial metropolitan, forests, lakes, seas, safe ecosystems, prospering communities, high tech systems, advanced civilizations, and other good things across North Africa, Libya, Horn of Africa, Red Sea, West Africa in addition to Middle East, Arabian Peninsula, Iran, Central Asia, Caucuses, Afghanistan, West China, and West China.
