Libya Peace Talks 1

Russia and Iran must host talks on Libya ceasefire. The talks on ceasefire must be held either in Iran or Russia. A ceasefire is not enough and a ceasefire to just stop fighting is not acceptable. We need talks in Libya to go beyond that and orchestrate a formation of new government or new election in Libya. The process must be very fast and the subsequent election or power sharing agreement must be materialized within one month. Meaning they sit and talk to form a new coalition government. They agree up on a power sharing system between LNA and GNA. Then in less than one month the new power sharing system is fully established and functional to govern Libya right away. If the election pathway is agreed upon by both actors then the election must be held in less than a week after agreement. After a week of finishing talks election must be held. Then within a month from end of the talks the new government must be governing Libya. Purpose is to permanently end hostilities in Libya. Our purpose is to end never ending civil wars that followed Arab Spring. Geopolitically we rather Libya be close ally of Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Iran, UAE, and Pakistan which can be achieved by Haftar ascending the throne. Politically speaking Haftar’s system of government is important protective factor for nations such as Libya. They strong men. If we talk about ideology, democracy, Islam, Muslim Brotherhood, and Arab Spring then the internationally recognized government of Libya is preferable. But we rather to have dictators in Libya who shall be close ally of Iran also.The talks must be held Iran or in Russia. European Union has proven to be not neutral in such talks. We had Syrian Peace Talks in Libya and we witnessed in Europe was anti Bashar Al-Assad. European Union was not there to make peace between waring sides in Syria. European Union only wanted to defeat Assad Syria in political arena. Now kill mind control bases in Europe who work against Bashar Al-Assad. We witnessed European Union taking the side of Rebels in Syria causing Genocide. We consider Europe and America as two major engineers of Genocide in Syria. Germany is not allowed to hold war crime courts for genocide in Syria. Due to talks in Genova being a political plot and not real strategy to solve the civil war in Syria we no longer trust europe to hold international talks. European Union lost its license to hold international talks since the Syria peace talks in Europe. Another example, Europe held international criminal court on issue of America withdrawing from JCPOA. International Criminal Court in Europe found USA guilty but stated:”Sanctions on food and Drug must be lifted.” The court should have said:”All sanctions on Iran must be lifted now.” Europe:”We spent substantial amount of power to give such legal decree. America is powerful and is rarely been found guilty in such courts.” Makan:”Partiality is the cause of corruption in world order and the global system. If Europe lacks the geopolitical independence and political neutrality to host such institutions then Europe is no longer eligible for such institutions. The intercontinental criminal court must permanently move to Iran. It reminds of old times when the League Nations and other institutions were in Iran. It was a safer world.” Since we had such events in Europe repeatedly we have taken away license of European Union to host international talks and international criminal court. This is why peace talks must be held in Iran or Russia.America is not trusted with affairs of countries I have overthrown because after I overthrew Egypt, Tunisia, and Libya I trusted them with America. I went on to do other important projects but when I returned there are civil war in Libya, overthrow in Egypt, resignation of Tunisian government and so on. It has been years I don’t trust America with countries I overthrow and rather I place them under control of Iran. Now Iran decides for countries such as Britain, USA, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, South Africa, Sudan, Algeria, and other nations to count the least. Now Iran is in charge to see how they manage them. America has no role to play in future of Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Sudan, South Africa, Britain, France, Europe, and other nations I have overthrown. America:”He cannot overthrow Brazil. He always loses there. I found a place to have a role to play.” I doubt America should have a role to play in Brazil due to geopolitical constructs. Now America, France, Germany, European Union, and other European actors have no role to play in Libya. They are not allowed on negotiations table and they cannot have any input at level of mind control or government. Italy has a role to play and it is limited to helping in Industrialization of Libya. America is not qualified to host talks on Libya because of the way America mind controls people in United Nations General Assembly. We have seen multiple times United Nations General assembly has been mind controlled to oppose Iran for no apparent reason. This is why we bulldozing United Nations to rebuild it in Iran.
