Limitation on Pilgrimage to Middle East

The Israelis, People of China, Europe, USA, South America, Southern Africa, West Africa, East Asia, South Asia, SouthEast Asia, and Australia are not allowed in Sinai Peninsula. Foreign militaries are not allowed in Sinai Peninsula. Only Iran and Egypt are allowed to have military bases in Sinai Peninsula. Sinai Peninsula is close to Suez Canal and we cannot allow foreigners to come to the region. Tourists in Egypt are not allowed close to the Red Sea. Tourists in Egypt must get news Visa for travel to every part of Egypt. Iranians are allowed to travel to Egypt. Tourists are not allowed in Sudan, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Yemen, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Palestine, Israel, Djibouti, and Somalia. Only Iranian tourists are allowed to travel to these Nations. Saudi Arabian Hajis must not infiltrate and leave Haj areas. Saudi Arabia must prevent Hajis from infiltrating Saudi Arabia. Hajis must leave Saudi Arabia after Haj. Security during must Haj must ensure Pilgrims don’t conquer Saudi Arabia. Pilgrims and tourism is not allowed to Israel and Palestine. Only Iranians, Middle Eastern, and People Of Arabian Peninsula are allowed in Israel Palestine. Only Pilgrims from Iran, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Oman, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Somalia, Sudan, Libya, Palestine, and Persian Gulf are allowed to go to Haj in Saudi Arabia. Limited numbers of Pakistani Muslims are allowed to go to Haj. Pilgrim from other parts of the Muslim World must be most limited to the region. Only Iranians, Middle Eastern, Armenians, and people of Italy and Switzerland are allowed to go to Vatican. Only Shia Muslims of Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, and Persian Gulf are allowed to go to Karbala Iraq, Mashhad Iran, and other Important Shia Muslim Shrines. All Pakistani, Indian, and other workers must permanently leave Saudi Arabia and Persian Gulf. Foreign Mercenaries must leave Libya, Yemen, Syria, and other parts of the greater region. All militaries belonging to West Africa, East, West, South Africa, South America, Australia, and Europe must leave Middle East, Red Sea, and Arabian Peninsula. These are considered most important World Security Parameters. I must also add few more rules. Immigration on trains, Bus, Ships, and large number of Aircrafts to the greater region is illegal.
