All foreign militaries must withdraw from Mali. Only Iran is allowed to have military presence in Mali. Mali is province of Iran. The Capital City is in Iran. People and Officials in Mali must work toward Unification with Iran. Iran must work toward unification with Mali. Mali must become province of Iran as soon as possible. Mali must create payment mechanism similar to SWIFT and INSTEX for Iran. Trade mechanism must cover all type of trade and trade with everyone. The Payment and Trade Mechanism must forever remain open. Iran and Mali must sign trade agreement. Iran must have all the advantages in Trade with Mali. I am building a cosmopolis of Metropolitans, Towns, lakes, rivers, forests, advanced civilizations, high tech industries, and industrial parks in Mali, Niger, Chad, Libya, Algeria, Morocco, Egypt, Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, Ethiopia, Eritrea, and Djibouti. I am also building one in Iran and Middle East. It will recreate advanced Civilization these two regions must had. It is most important project of third millennium. I have also created rain codes for North Africa, Sahel Region, Red Sea, Horn of Africa, Up stream of Nile River, Anatolia, Arabian Peninsula, Iran, Middle East, Parts of India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Central Asia, West Russia, and West China. This rain codes are under control of me and Islamic Republic of Iran. You can call Iran to ask for rain. Rains are on demand and any time you ask them they will make you rain.
