My Hundred Militaries

I have 100 World Militaries including Mind Control militaries, Rebels, and National Military. Only hostile Military in my master file is USA Army and NATO. I want to make military alliance between all my 100 military and Army of Islamic Republic of Iran. I want to place them under direct command and control of Islamic Republic of Iran. All my 100 militaries must carry flag of Islamic Republic of Iran along with their own flags on their ships, tanks, and bases. I also have many Rebels and other such forces. I want to unfit them under revolutionary guards of Iran. They must also carry flag of Revolutionary Guards of Iran along with their own flags. What I lack is Organization to make my 100 militaries unified forever. Mind control prevents me from forming Organization. So I have decided to use Organization of Islamic Republic of Iran Military and Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Quds Force to unify all of my militaries under direct command and control of Islamic Republic of Iran. They must sign and agreement and military alliance ensuring their long term alliance and obedience. They must all obey Islamic Republic of Iran. Iran must have Man Military Personal in all National Militaries and Rebel militaries in position of command and control and advisors. The central command of all of my world militaries will be in Islamic Republic of Iran. Foreign militaries cannot have mind control or armies in Iran. USA Military must also leave Persian Gulf soon or I will destroy all USA Carriers and Naval Vessels all around the world by Radioactive pulses and then I will steal USA Carriers and Naval Vessels.
