Now work at max efficiency and max capacity building efficient farming industries in East Africa, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Uganda, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Somalia, Sudan, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, and Algeria. Zimbabwe will be the food basket of Africa producing sufficient food for all of Africa. East Africa will produce sufficient food for China to ensure food security of China. China must stop purchasing food from North America and rely on East for its food. China’s food must not go through Red Sea. If China, East Asia, India, and South East Asia will die if they get their food from North America and South America. They must get food from eastern regions such as East Africa, Iran, and Australia.

Now work at max efficiency and max capacity building farming industries in Venezuela to ensure food security of South America. Venezuela will be food basket of the World.

World Food Security:”We are not world food program. What about the rain?”

Makan Abazari:”I am not giving control of rain to anyone but Islamic Republic of Iran. I cannot make unannounced rain because it can destroy the farms of rain comes at wrong time. I must go to Iran and build climate control center where I can observe when it is right time to rain. If I come out of Isolation I can get messages from reliable sources to know when they need rain in thee regions. So I can make rain. I am isolated and no one can send me messages. If I go to Iran my mother will imprison me. My house is also not ready in Iran yet.”
