Nuclear Talks between Russia and USA

President Maduro of Venezuela cannot leave the country. He must remain in Venezuela to stay in power. If he leaves the country he will be overthrown. If Trumps wants to meet Maduro then Trump must go to Venezuela. Trump can have secret service but cannot have more than one mind controller coming with him to mind control Trump. If Trump brings more than one mind controller with him to Venezuela they will create civil war and internal conflict killing everybody in Venezuela in matter of minuets. Venezuelan mind controllers must stay in charge of city, Venezuela, and meeting. But again Trump can have one mind controllers and protection coming with him. Trump must go to Venezuela and talk to him and we can guarantee his security. Maduro must remain in power for it is most important for global security. Maduro is Balance of Power and world order leader. This is why it is impossible to overthrow him. Russian Nuclear Bombers must be stationed in Venezuela all the time being ready to deliver Nuclear strike on USA as deterrence. There are up coming nuclear talks between Russia and United States of America. In these nuclear talks we must ensure America removes all of its nuclear bombs from Middle East, Asia, Europe, Africa, and Pacific Ocean. American nuclear warheads must be stationed on USA soil. America must also remove all of its Patriot missile batterie from Middle East and from East Europe. If America refuses to do so then Russia must station nuclear warheads in Haiti, Cuba, Bahamas, Pacific Ocean, and other regions around North America to have deterrence. America is not allowed to develop hyper Sonics missiles and it is exclusive to Iran and Russia. China and India must be prevented from building more nuclear warheads. They must shrink their nuclear arsenal. We must also ensure Russian and Iranian Nuclear Warheads and Bombers are stationed in Venezuela capable of carrying nuclear strike on USA. We need to ensure outcome of both talks guarantee this. Iran needs strong Nuclear deterrence to protect Iran and Muslim nations. Iran must and shall become Nuclear Superpower. We must ensure both Russia and USA support Iran in this process. We must also bring China to Venezuela to build infrastructures, factories, industries, industrial supply chains, and other economic activities. We are still undecided on allowing China to station nuclear warheads in Venezuela. But we want China to industrialize Venezuela, Iran, and Syria. Iran, Russia, China, and Venezuela must form a military alliance. This military alliance must be similar to NATO. It will provide security for member states and other nations. Egypt, Mexico, and Brazil will later join military alliance of Iran, Russia, Venezuela, and China.
