Peace Talks Libya

The election in Libya must be held earlier. We need an election as soon as possible. Both side of the War must uphold and obey the outcome of Election. Khalifa Hafta must be a Candidate with a chance to be elected President of Libya. We want to make sure all hostilities in Libya stops and reconstruction begins. We want to industrialize Libya at max efficiency and max capacity. We want to also increase population of Libya by ten million people through birth and marriage among Libyan people. Black immigrants and Mercenaries must leave Libya. Peace must be established and all sides must abide by peace agreement. The election must be held as soon as possible. A unity government involving all sides of the war is the best choice. Negotiations for creation of Unity Government must start now. Talks on permanent cease fire must start as soon as possible. Libya must remain one Unified Nation. We can not allow division of Libya. So any solution agreed upon must ensure government will lead and control all of Libya. Again a Unity Government involving all sides of the War is the Best Choice. Talks must start and continue until Agreement is made. Elections must be held as soon as possible.
