Iran is allowed to have military presence in Peru. Peru is not allowed to have military in Iran. Iran shall collect tax from Peru. Iran and Peru must sign economic agreement and trade agreement. Iran must have advantages. Peru, Chile, and Bolivia must unify with Iran. The Capital City is in Iran. This way Bolivia will have access to open Seas. Bolivia no longer will be a land locked country. Bolivia, Chile, and Peru are not allowed to have military in Iran, Middle East, Red Sea, and Horn of Africa. USA Military and NATO must fully withdraw from Middle East, Red Sea, and Horn of Africa. If NATO and USA Military delay the withdraw their troops from the region we will destroy Europe and USA by Hurricanes, Volcanos, and Earthquakes. USA Military must close down its military industry complex and down size its military manufacturing industries. USA Military Industry complex must create dependency on Iran for its part manufacturing. This way we can control the Military Manufacturing of USA Military Industry Complex. Central and South America Nations must be enemy of USA and Europe. They must reduce their diplomatic, economic, geopolitic, military, and economic relations with Europe and North America.
