I have another Nation where I have good relation and past activities. Philippines is the other nation. I have given autonomy to some of the Muslim regions of Philippines. I want to make military bases for Iran in Philippines. Ask my President Duturte of Philippines to see if he allows Iran to build military bases in Philippines. If President Duturte disagrees then build military bases for Iran in autonomous regions of Philippines. Make sure Muslim regions in Philippines and Indonesia are not considered terrorist organization. We must ensure Duturte has excellent relation with Islamic Republic of Iran.
