Qatar must allow presence of Iranian troops in Qatar. Iran must establish military presence in Qatar and provide security for Qatar. Turkey’s state is not permanent but it is allowed by others for the time being. I need to analyze and authorize later. The same way fishing by Japan in Persian gulf is rejected. Fishing by China in Arabian Sea is not yet analyzed and decided upon by me yet. Presence of South Korean Naval Fleet in Persian Gulf is rejected. USA military must close down military bases in Qatar. Turkey and Iran will protect Qatar against Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and UAE must lift the siege on Qatar. I have built Air Cargo Industry in Qatar to deliver cargo by cargo air planes.
