Racism and Law of USA; a deep analysis of Institutionalization of Racism in America

Constitution of America is the Highest order in Legal code of USA. How comes racism is illegal in America but there is institutionalized racism where decades of racist policies are accumulated on top of each other creating profiling, racism, and other such practices to the level racism is practiced legally. Saying the Word “Nigro” is more wrong than a Policeman beating up and killing black people. The Practice Of Racism has become legal for years. The years of racist policies has shaped the political and institutional mood. Under such moods they have created legal code in North America. The Legal codes have been Racism. Institutional practices have been racist from start. Subsequent practices and legal codes have been shaped with previous racist moods and laws. This makes our attempts to have an awakening against Racism fruitless since even if we change the mind of people we cannot change the laws. People working for police and Racist institutions consider what they do as the right way to do what they do. Because it is common practice and legal. So we cannot even change the mind of people active within institutionalized Racism System. Another example, USA intelligence agencies profile people and invade their rights. They see it totally legal to spy on Muslims and Minorities due to centuries of racist policies against Muslims in America. USA killed 20 million Iranian Muslims in Washington DC in 1920. USA killed 40 Million Black Muslims followers Malcolm X in USA. These are illegal systems USA has within its accumulated practices and long term policies. Also creation and existence of surveillance state is illegal. Because Survilance State is Arm of Racist Practices under excise of providing security. They must close down Survilance State now. They don’t provide security and rather they intervene with global And American systems which are seeking to develop America and world. So the good global and American are systems are interrupted by Survilance state making America no longer attractive for high value activities. For example, systems developed in Iran and China had came to America and built America. Later America destroyed them in Iran to ensure only America has them. Now surveillance state intervening with systems and projects of hundred nations in America. Now we want to end our activities in America and go to Iran. We want to also give America sand and Stone.
