Reunification of Iran, Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Georgia

Azerbaijan and Armenia peace talks must be held in Iran. Islamic Republic of Iran shall be the mediator in the talk. The peace talk must lead to unification of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, and Iran. Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Georgia must become Provinces of Iran. We cannot allow to be held in Russia because then Russia will seek to add them to territory of Russia. We cannot allow them to be held in Genova because experience of Syria peace talks shows Genova has lost eligibility to meddle in Greater Middle East Affairs. Turkey has partial view and does not have eligibility to hold peace talks. Policies of USA has been destructive and genocidal for greater Middle East.
