Russia must place Nuclear Warheads in Caribbean Sea. There are options such as Bahamas, Jamaica, Cuba, Haiti, and other Caribbean nations where Russia can have Hypersonic Nuclear Warheads, Nuclear Bomber Aircrafts, and other Nuclear Bombs. We must have deterrence against USA. Russia can not only rely from nuclear striking USA from long Distance. But Russia needs to be able Nuclear Bomb USA from Atlantic Ocean and Pacific Ocean.
