Secure Land Wired Phones

Now establish land phone lines for everyone including me. The land phone lines must be secure communication by wires. The land phone lines must not be connected to internet. People in homes must not have wireless phones. Everyone must have wired phones in the houses. Street Phones must be reinstalled again and they must follow same procedures. The land line phone system must connect all parts of the world by wires. Meaning there must also be wires going through atlantic ocean connecting land phone lines of Iran, China, Russia, and Europe to land phone lines of United States of America. They must be secure and there must not be possibly of blocking the phones. There must not be any wireless transition anywhere in the system and whole system must be wired.
