Concerning the speech of the President of Small Islands Nations who photo is missing I must say changed the ecosystem of Antarctic and Atlantic Ocean increasing number of Red and Green algae to increase oxygen production, Silicon Production, and oil production. We are going to recycle silicon to use them in advanced technology and advanced industries of Iran.
