Somalia and Somaliland are provinces of Iran. The Capital City is in Iran. Iran must have military and Naval Military Presence on Somalia and Somaliland. Somalia and Somaliland are not allowed to have troops in Iran. Iran is allowed to collect tax from Somalia and Somaliland. We are industrializing Somalia and Somaliland at max efficiency and max capacity while ensuring dependency on Iran part manufacturing. It will develop economy of Somalia and Somaliland to a great degree. Somalia and Somaliland are provinces of Iran. The Capital City is in Iran. Somalia and Somaliland have the capacity to become one of G8 Nations. We are in process of industrializing Somalia and Somaliland to level of G20 first. Then later we develop them to level of G8 top industrial Nations. We want to build a system of interconnected metropolitans, industries, transit, ecosystems, lakes, advanced civilization, and high tech industries in Ethiopia, Eritrea, Sudan, Djibouti, Egypt, Chad, South Sudan, Kenya, Uganda, Somalia, and Somaliland with their Capital City in Iran. This will be greatly reliant on geostrategic location of Somalia and Somaliland on Horn of Africa. Iran must have military presence on both side of gulf of Eden and Red Sea. This is why we brought Iran to Somalia and Somaliland in addition to Yemen. Iran is allowed to stop any ship in gulf of Eden at any time. Iran must collect money from all ships passing through Gulf of Eden. Iran shall have strong navy permanently stationed in Somalia, Somaliland, and Yemen. Somalia and Somaliland must unify into One Nation. The Capital City is in Iran. Somalia and Somaliland must create payment mechanisms similar to INSTEX and SWIFT for Iran. The payment mechanism must cover all types of trades with all actors. Iran must build world top stock market in Iran. All of the global stock markets must synchronize to stock market of Iran. Iran, Somalia, and Somaliland must build financial capitals in Iran and on Gulf of Eden. The Financial Capital will lend 100 credit for every unit of currency they have and the financial capital will collect interest. I have been industrializing Iran, Somalia, and Somaliland to integrate them into global industrial supply chains while ensuring dependency on Iran’s part manufacturing. I have also created rain codes to create rain in Iran, Middle East, Central Asia, Arabian Peninsula, Red Sea, Horn of Africa, North Africa, and Beyond. The rain codes are valid for thousand years.
