Strategy to manage Iraq Budget

Protests in Iraq and Kurdistan Iraq must stop now. We cannot allow the protests to continue. Protesters demanded payment for their work. They have not been paid. Iraq must cut wastes in government. Iraq cannot rely on oil sell to pay salary of government employees. Iraq must open nationally and government owned lucrative businesses and lucrative industries. The lucrative businesses and industries will produce wealth and money for government of Iraq and Iran. It will enable Iraq to pay government employees in Kurdistan and elsewhere. This will also industrialize Iraq and enables to expand its industrial might. This enable Iraq to become global industrial power and eases its integration into global industrial supply chains. Iraq must integrate its economy and industrial systems into industrial supply chains of Iran. Bilateral trade between Iran and Iraq must reach 5 trillion annual trade.
