Turkmenistan, Uzbakistan, Kazakstan, Russia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Georgia are province of Iran. The Capital City is in Iran between Persian Gulf and Caspian Sea. Russia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Turkmenistan, Uzbakistan, Kazakstan, and others are not allowed to extract oil, natural gas, and other resources from Caspian Sea. It was one of the Parts of Turkmanchay agreement. Only Iran is allowed to extract oil, natural gas, and resources from Caspian Sea. According to Turkmanchay all of Caspian and all of its resources belong to Iran. But they have not uphold their duties to Turkmanchay Agreement. Turkmanchay agreement is effectively void. Going prior to Turkmanchay agreement and it means Russia, Turkmenistan, Uzbakistan, Kazakstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Georgia are no longer independent Nations. They got independence through Turkmanchay and other events. According to Turkmanchay agreement they had become part of Russia. But now the Turkmanchay is void. It means they are provinces and territories of Iran. Others never have any share and others never have any part.
