Iran must select and approve U.S. Secretery of State. We rather an Iranian American to become U.S. Secretery of State. But Iran May choose someone who is not Iranian. The Blue Nile and Kashmir provide water 240 million people in Pakistan, Egypt, and Sudan. Kashmir is the reason India and Pakistan became Nuclear States.
