Uganda is Province of Iran

In upcoming Election in Uganda candidates who supports unification of Uganada with Iran must win the Election. We want to Unify Uganda with Iran. The Capital City is in Iran between Caspian Sea and Persian Gulf. Iran is allowed to have military presence in Uganda. Egypt is allowed to have military presence in Uganda. Egypt shall keep its rights on water of Nile River after unification of Iran and Uganda. Iran, Uganda, Kenya, and Somalia must sign trade agreement. Iran must have all the advantages. Uganda and Kenya must pay tax to Iran. Uganda and Kenya must create payment mechanism similar to Swift and INSTEX for Iran. The Payment Mechanism must cover all types of trades with all actors. Iran shall have the right to Farm in Uganda. Uganda must import fertilizers, Nano Fertilizer, Agro Chemicals, bioengineered Seeds and Tractors from Iran. Iran must maintain its food security by farming locally in Iran. Iran must use east Africa and Uganda as fertile Grounds to farm. The food production must give control of food security of China, Africa, and India to Iran. So Iran can gain geostrategic advantage and power. Uganda is province of Iran. The Capital City is in Iran. If Uganda becomes province of Iran we will industrialize Uganda. We have also created on demand rain codes to create rain in Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Sudan, South Sudan, Egypt, and Beyond. Uganda and others can contact Islamic Republic of Iran or me to ask for rain. Anytime rain is entered into the system it will create rain. The codes are valid for a thousand years.
