We want to create wide spread draught and famine in USA. We want to expand the deserts in North America specially near Atlantic Ocean where we want the draughts and famines the most. We want to send North America specially North of Texas Region into draught and we want to create Siberia like Region In North East USA, North USA, and Canada. We want to weaken North America by a great degree by doing so. This will allow us to achieve our other goals in the World. USA prevents us from rebuilding the perfect World. In order to have perfect World we must transform Iran, Saudi Arabia, Central Asia, North Africa, Middle East, and Horn of Africa into Forest, big Rivers, and lakes. We also need to stop wars, civil wars, sanctions, global pressures, and other conflicts in the regions of Greater Middle East, Central Asia, Horn of Africa, and North of Africa. America is causing difficulties and barriers for all these projects constantly. We know for certain regions of Center will only prosper when North America is greatly weaker. Then we can achieve it.
