For education system in America I have an idea to reinvent our institutions. We make sure community colleges, vocational school, and Universities are preparing Student for current, old, and future tech Jobs. We make sure students quickly get skills they need to work in difficult positions and tasks. We can train Nuclear Engineer by age 8. But that is child labor. So we can train them by age 22 and train skilled Technician by age 20. There are younger ages we can achieve these goals as well. The educational centers must be designed and operated by factories, businesses, and industries. So each industry trains its own staff in the Community Collage or Vocational Skills. Also the cost of Education can be paid for by businesses. There is also coalition and congelemarate groups to operate and pay for Vocational Skills and Community Colleges. So I am all for quickly training people for important hand on positions. They usually use example of computer engineers. But I have better examples such as Chemical Engineer, Nanoengineer, Medical Technologist, Reactor Technician, Clean Energy Technician, Battery Technicians, Turbine Service Men, Machinist, Jet Engine Engineer, Computer Hardware Engineer, and Carpenter. So we can have people trained very fast to work in these positions. Licensing system can be implemented and regulated. Also young age methods can be included. Jobs like Material Fabrications and Machinery Operations must be included in these professional trainings. Mind Control :”What is your opinion about Young Age Educations?” Children must start with toys like LEGO, Rail Roads, City Building, Strategy, low voltage electric engineering, basic chemical engineering toys, Drone Engineering, Robotic Engineering, Advanced painting equipments, Fabrication basics, Biological toys, machinery design toys and etc. So this will be example of child University. A Child Community College would be as follows. We train children to operate Nuclear Reactor Computers and know the conditions must be achieved from age 4. They will be fully trained operating a Nuclear Reactor by age 8. Then the children can operate them. But if we have creativity and engineering toys and tools available then they will produce and learn to produce. So for example by age 13 they have engineered 100 products. Mind control :”Here I give you 5 students they are all 7 years old.” Ok so we teach them STEM and Mathematics during first two years intensively. We will also have design classes and systems in addition with it for them so they do their works. Now by age 11 I have them take part in standardized test as difficult as GRE including intelligence analysis and take part in design portfolio completion.
