Uzbekistan is province of Iran

Uzbekistan is Province of Iran. Capital City is in Iran. Uzbekistan was a Province of Iran until treaty of Turkmanchay traded Uzbekistan with Natural Resources Of Caspian Sea such as oil and gas. So Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan become temporarily Provinces of Soviet Union upon condition Iran permanently controls natural resources of Caspian Sea. But now Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Russia are now extracting oil from Caspian Sea. It means the Agreement is void and now Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Tatarstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and several other regions are now Provinces of Iran. Iran is the Capital City. All these nations must become Provinces of Iran. The Word Stan means State or استان meaning Provinces of Iran. Rustan (Russia), Arabestan (Saudi Arabia) , Hindustan (India), Afghanistan, Pakistan, Gotgestan (Georgia), and several other locations are also Provinces of Iran. Now the Capital is in Iran. Iran shall collect tax from all these provinces. Iran is allowed to have military bases in these provinces but the provinces (foreign troops) are not allowed to have military presence in Iran. Again Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan are Provinces of Iran in addition to several other former Soviet Republics. Iran is the Capital City. Capital City Of Eurasian Economic Union must move to Iran. We are Industrializing Uzbekistan at max efficiency and max capacity building variety of high tech and strategic industries. Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and other provinces will become economic superpower. It is very good for future. Soviet never did this for former Soviet republics and now Provinces of Iran. But Iran and us are developing all provinces of Iran including Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. I am also integrating Central Asia into industrial supply chains of Iran. Meaning Unification with Iran will benefit Iranian Provinces of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. Iran is the Capital City.
