It is in accordance to world order and geopolitical designs. But USA has also increased the number of petrochemical refineries in USA. USA must pump oil but USA in not allowed to refine the oil. USA must ship the oil to Iran, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Syria, Turkey, Oman, Sudan, Iraq, Persian Gulf, and Pakistan to be refined in the regions petrochemical refineries. Middle East, Persian Gulf, Red Sea, and Caspian sea must become large importer of Crude oil and they must refine 500 million barrel of oil imported from USA, China, Russia, India, France, Germany, West Europe, and Africa daily. Then Middle East, Persian Gulf, Red Sea, and Caspian sea must use refined petroleum in full range of regional supply chains, subsequent supply chains, and integrated supply chains to produce finished industrial and finished lucrative products. Then they can export them. We need to preserve the oil in middle east, Red Sea, Persian Gulf, Caspian Sea, North Africa, and Red Sea for thousands of years. But Middle East, Persian Gulf, Red Sea, and Caspian sea must become the ultimate refining superpower and industrial superpower. Now work at max efficiency and max capacity building in Middle East, Iran, Persian Gulf, Red Sea, and Caspian sea Added Value Petrochemical Refineries, Strategic Petrochemical Refineries, petrochemical industrial supply chains, and integrated petrochemical and industrial supply chains.Makan Abazari Shahan Shah Iran,
