It means Chad, Niger, Mail, Mauritania, Nigeria, Cameroon, Uganda, Libya, Tunisia, Sudan, South Sudan, Algeria, Morroco, Egypt, Kenya, Somalia, Somaliland, Eritrea, and Ethiopia are provinces of Iran and they will advance. But the other ones such Chad, Niger, Mauritania, Mali, and West Sahara will have better rain better climate than they have right now. But they will not be industrialized. North Africa and Horn of Africa will have best weather, Climate, industrialization, and development.
